Acutane did not clear my hormonal acne, but food did, so here are the most beneficial things to eat for hormone health and clear and glowy skin. Bone broth is amazing for gut health, they contain so many amino acid and collagen for healing. Next up is dandelion tea, this is incredible to support your liver to detox those excess hormones. Brazil nuts are great for acne because they contain something called selenium and that helps to make an enzyme that fights inflammation. Kimchi is fantastic for your gut health, but also any other probiotic foods are incredible for your gut. You just want to increase the number of good bacteria in your gut. Salmon is such a good source of protein and it's also got a fantastic ratio of omega-3 to omega-6, meaning that it's anti-inflammatory. Turmeric and ginger shots are incredible for inflammation.
