Hello everybody, my name is Shady and I'm a trans woman from a refugee camp in East Africa. Well, I'm here today to speak some of the challenges with this as LGBTQ refugees in East Africa. Well, one of the media challenges is homophobia. We are in countries where we are disliked, where we are constituted, cute. Many of us were forced to flee from our homes, to other countries where we are also forced to move away. We are facing beautiful homophobia, we are lacking jobs. So for shelter, clean water, medication is a major problem. To also add on that, we are also requesting anybody who is willing to hope to get us some food. So that we can also survive. We hope us with fun, so that we can get houses, medication, any kind of hope, big or small means the world to us. Thank you.
