I never want to come to China again. Our family of three was completely scammed by social media. Online, we kept seeing all kinds of stunning scenery. This one, that one, so we decided to come see it with our own eye. We landed in Shanghai, the guide picked us up. At night, we checked out North Bund and tasted the delicious crab roast soup buns and tossed noodles. The next day, the whole family went to UU on Garden for breakfast. Then we headed straight to Disneyland, getting up close with all the cartoon characters. So much fun! After that, we took the high-speed train to Zhangjiage, checked out the Avatar Floating Mountains, Chenmen Mountain, the Glass Bridge, and Jinbian Stream. Next stop was Gillan. We went bamboo rafting, tasted bamboo rice, and saw the picturesque Longji terraces. We also didn't miss the live show Impression Liu Sanjia. Then we arrived in Chengdu, the city of Pandas. We booked a volunteer program in advance to get up close with giant pandas, and spent a day going to the Leshan Giant Buddha. In Chengqing, we checked out Cuching Tower. It looks like the first floor, but it's actually the 22nd. We saw the train pass through a building, witnessed Hengya Cave lighting up, and tasted the amazing Chengqing hot pot. The final stop was Beijing. We visited the forbidden city, Mu Tianyu Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, and Summer Palace, finishing off with Authentic Peking Duck on Chenmen Street, and now I can't wait to plan our next trip to China.
