30 minutes before a heart attack, your body gives off five warning signs that no one can ignore. And if you ignore them, you could miss your final window to act. So here are five early signs of a heart attack. Watch this video to the end, or you won't find it when you need it. And don't forget to follow me. Let's see if you recognize any of them. The first sign is chest discomfort. It feels like pressure, squeezing, or heaviness, because blood flow to the heart is being blocked. The second sign is pain in your left arm, shoulder, or jaw. When heart tissue lacks oxygen, pain signals can travel through nearby nerves. The third sign is shortness of breath. Your heart isn't pumping properly, so less oxygen reaches your lungs. The fourth sign is cold sweat. Your nervous system goes into fight or flight mode due to reduced blood flow. The fifth sign is nausea or dizziness. A drop in blood pressure and poor circulation to the brain and stomach trigger these symptoms. My next video will show you what to do in the first 60 seconds of a heart attack. Comment yes if you want to be ready and share this with someone you love.
