Fitness isn't rocket science. You need to eat as much protein as you weigh every single day. I weigh 180 pounds therefore I eat 180 grams of protein. If you can't get that much, just get a hundred grams of protein. You need fiber. This will help clear you out. Collagen, hair, skin, and nails. This is going to be a lot. Fish oil, this helps your heart. Multivitamin, daily vitamins. Creatin monohydrate, 5 grams per day, this helps the muscle recovery. And last but certainly not least, protein. If I had to eat 180 grams of protein per day, I probably want to throw up. So I do about 60% of real protein, 40% power. You need a gallon, gallon of water per day tremendously helps. When you don't have this, it's easy to reach for like sugar, sweets, then you never drink water. Look at every single body part per week. Chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, legs. Three exercises, eight reps per exercise. Three sets, eight reps, three exercises per body part. Work out every single body part per week. Do cardio three times a week for 15 minutes. Run, jog, jump rope or spring. You do that consistently, two months you'll have a great physique, get to it.
