We begin with getting to know eachother, and learning about what has brought you to book your brow appointment. What do you love about your brows? What do you dislike? How do you wear your makeup? Are you after something soft and barely-there, or a little more defined? Your lifestyle, facial features and long-term goals all play a part in creating the right brows for you. Next comes brow mapping. ✍🏼 One thing I always like to explain is that your brows are mapped using a black brow pencil. This is simply because it gives me the most accurate, crisp outline to work from. If you’re having blonde or lighter brown brows, this is the only stage where I ask you to look beyond the colour and focus on the shape. Your finished brows will be customised to your chosen pigment colour - not black! 🙌🏻 My job is to guide you with honesty. If something isn’t going to suit your facial features, heal well, or stand the test of time, I’ll always tell you. Equally, I want you to tell me if something doesn’t quite feel like you. The best results happen when we work together, not when both of us say “yes” to everything. Open and honest conversations here, always 🫶🏻 Once we’ve perfected the design together, that’s when the treatment begins. ..and that’s what your collaborative brow appointment with me looks like 💓 — Consultations and treatments can be booked via the link in my bio 🔗 (Videocall consultations available to book for long-distance clients) 📸 #hairstrokebrows #pmubrows #browtattoo #naturalbrowtattoo #nanobrows

If you've ever wondered what goes on at your brow appointment, I'm going to show you. First of all, we sit down together and we talk about everything that you are concerned about with your brows and what your end goal is, and it's totally okay if you're not entirely sure about the thickness of your brows, the color choice of your brows, because that is something that we will discuss together, and as a professional I'll be able to recommend what I believe will look amazing on you for your skin type, your features, your eye colour, your hair colour, natural brow growth pattern and your edge. Next we map out what your brows share. This for me is one of my most favourite part of the process and secondly, I find the best part of the process for you as a client, because if you are unsure about the results or about how it's going to look, this can completely eradicate any nerves that you potentially may have. You will always get to see your new brows before we begin tattooing. The only limitation is that I use a black pencil to create your brows, and the reason for that is because I've tried blend and I've tried brown throughout the years, but as soon as it comes to setting this design in place, if the pencils are too light, I simply lose all that mapping that we've just agreed on. This is the only point that I ask you for a little bit of imagination, because if you are going for a blonde pigment or a light brown pigment, then we need to look past the dark colour. Then once we're both happy with what's being designed, then go on to tattoo. So as you can see, this client was not going for a dark colour. So let's just switch back to the mapping. As you can see from this design, in her final results we've kept the structure, we've kept the hair flow exactly the same as what's being proposed. It is simply just that we've changed the colour, and we've made it more of a brun in this situation, which is a mixture between blonde and brown. So yeah, if you're worried about what you know brows will look like, you will get to see your brows before we begin tattooing. Browse with me will always be collaborative, so that means that you will always get to have an import. This isn't about me saying this is what I think you would look good with. It is very much about me telling you know when you need to know, no, no, and you telling me now when something doesn't fit what you are used to or what you want from your treatment.
