If you want to find jobs before they hit LinkedIn, use hack and use. Go to the jobs trade because companies are literally posting here first. If you're looking for really niche opportunities, go on GitHub and look at the repos you actually use. A lot of them have hiring links or run by startups actively looking for people. If you're looking for early stage roles that aren't flooded yet, use well-found. It is mostly startups so the applicant pool is way smaller. And if you don't want to spend all the applying to jobs, use PROT. You upload your resume one, retailers your resume and cover data for every listing, and applies directly to the company's website for you. Because at the end of the day, getting a job is literally just a numbers game.
