Replying to @chezley09 I apologize for taking so long to not say much. I didn’t realize I was being misleading in how I presented the information. But thank you for watching, and I hope this video helps. CHATGPT PROMPT: “I have TMJ problems— my jaw pops out of place, clicks, hurts, etc [PUT YOUR PERSONAL SYMPTOMS HERE]. Can you please help me figure out any information you need to help me fix these problems? I watched a video on TikTok where a guy said he used ChatGPT to help fix his TMJ problems and you gave him exercises to do and a routine for the exercises which he did for about a week and a half and permanently resolved his TMJ problems. I would love for you to do the same for me.” Again, I am not a medical practitioner and you should do this at your own risk, or not at all. The reason I yapped for so long in the last video is because I wanted to share more of *my experience* and the specific benefits that I got by using ChatGPT to help fix my TMJ problems. I didn’t express that clearly enough up front. In that video, I also wanted to share the other symptoms this type of problems can cause in your body (anxiety, stress, etc). This video is basically an explanation of that, and I share the exercises I did (but not in great detail because every person needs very specific instruction). Thanks for watching, and to anybody who wants to try this, I hope it helps. 🙏🏻❤️

Hi. I'm Chris and I apologize for not getting to the point quickly enough. Basically my whole point was just that I had a TMJ problem. My jaw was out of alignment. It clicked and it gave me pain which was causing anxiety, stress, all kind of stuff for me. But I'm still figuring out how to communicate on this app and I know that I'm not the best at that. So I apologize for taking so much time. I am going to give you guys the exercises in this video that was the other big complaint people gave me that I didn't actually share the exercises. The reason that I didn't share the exercises with you and I also am going to try to keep it very succinct. So anyway, if you have TMJ problems I'm going to share more about how this worked for me. If you don't then this is probably a useless video for you. So basically I saw on Instagram a guy said hey I had TMJ problems and I asked Chad GBT if it could give me some exercises to fix it. It did and it worked and it was great. So I saw that and I said oh well this is awesome. I went to Chad GBT. I said hey can you give me some exercises to fix my jaw. It did. It worked. It was great. That's basically that's the whole point in this video. If you want to know the exercises I will share the minutes video. But I highly recommend because I'm not a medical practitioner, professional. I can't diagnose you. I also don't want to be responsible for hurting you if these exercises are not for you because as I learned in the video in the comments that there are several types of TMJ problems people have and some of them cannot be fixed with these exercises. But again, the reason I didn't share the exercises in the video is because it's actually a lot better for you to talk to Chad GBT about it or talk to a medical professional. Because Chad GBT can say hey here's the exercises you should do. Here's a schedule for you. Here's how often you should do it. And then while you're doing it you can say hey this hurts. Is that right? Am I doing this correctly? I'm making this kind of progress. Does that seem right? Because it did hurt and that's you know I can't have a back and forth with you while you are actually doing the exercises. Which is why I highly advise if you're going to try this talk to Chad GBT about it. Again, do this at your own risk. I'm not a medical professional. But that's the point of this video. I'll share the exercises with you and I'll try to make it quick. So basically it just told me like to do this under bite, push it all the way out. But again, it gives you a lot of specificity and I'm not a medical professional. So I was reading this and you basically do this. Stretch your jaw. As far as it will go. Over and over and over. But it told me how many times to do it. It told me how often I should do it. It was asking me which side it was on. I was able to say hey I'm feeling this right now. Is that good? It was like yeah. I'm like hey this hurts. Is that okay? It's like yeah. And so anyway basically that's it. This one and then like this I clenched it like this and then stretched it as far as it would go like that. And that's really it. So I know that seems minimal. But again, I'm not a professional. I don't know. I don't even have to do the exercises anymore because it fixed it for me. So I'm just advising you to go to Chad GBT. So to everybody who commented why I didn't give the exercises. That's it. And again, I apologize if I took too much of your time on the last video. I'm still trying to figure out how to express my thoughts on this app. So thank you very much for everybody who watched. And I hope this is helpful for you. And that's it. Peace and love.
