God will never let what you lost be the best you ever had. What walked away wasn't the end of your story. It was the beginning of your healing. You see, when God removed something, it's never to leave you empty. It's to make space for something greater. You might not understand it right now. The heartbreak, the closed doors, the friendships that faded. It all feels unfair. But what if God allowed the ending because he knew that version of your life couldn't carry the weight of your calling? We serve a God who restores. Job lost everything, his health, his family, his wealth. But in Job 4210 it says, "The Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before." That's the kind of God you serve, the kind who turns loss into testimony. So don't cling to what broke you. Don't chase what God already closed. If it was supposed to stay, it would have. And if it left, that means what's coming is far better than what was. This season isn't punishment, it's preparation. You didn't lose your best days. They're still ahead of you.
