I was a massage therapist for eight years. I'm going to tell you right now. I've tried a lot of different massage tools, but this has to be one of my favorite ones. I was using this one for a while, and I really do like it, but this is the upgraded Riki loves Riki body contour tool. And let me show you what's new about this one. As you can see, it comes with this strap, okay? But on this side of the massage tool, it has these little metal pieces right here. This has something in it called EMS. So EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation. This is going to create little contractions and your muscle to work on toning, tightening, and relaxing the muscle at the same time. So you can see why that would be beneficial to hold right here on your abdomen. You have to be put a conductive serum on there. You can start to feel the EMS do this to your muscles. Feels a little funny, but it doesn't hurt, I promise. And it has heat and vibration with it as well. And because it has this contour shape, you can use it at other parts of your body to really work on maybe those adhesions right here. Maybe you have planter fasciitis. Maybe you just want to create toning around the abdomen and it has red light therapy as well. I am in love with this. I just started using it to test it out so far and I'm already freaking impressed.
