I just heard someone say this and I love it. If you show up every day, the results won't have a choice and really it's just that simple because most people don't give things enough time to actually work. They start, they stop, they second-guess it, and then you wonder why nothing changes, right? But if you stay consistent, if you keep showing up, even when it feels like nothing is happening, that's when it starts working. Because when you show up every day, eventually the results have to show up too.
