This is everything you need to know about having a peaceful life. I have my beautiful breakfast with me here, and the reason why I'm showing you this is because this is one of the first things that I wanted to tell you. Number one is allowing space for quietness. I used to be so scared of just sitting with my thoughts and doing nothing with no stimulation, with no music, no podcast, no nothing, no noise. And actually, it's one of the medicines that the universe has given us as human beings who just occupy ourselves, occupy ourselves with our thoughts, with our imagination, with our dreams. Literally, if you could just take two minutes out of your day. And honestly, at first, when I first started doing this, two minutes is a lot. When you're sitting with yourself for two minutes, you're like, "But as time moves on, you can increase the amount of time that you're sitting by yourself doing nothing." And I know this could be seen as such a waste of time, but I promise you, investing in yourself is never a waste of time, okay? The next thing is doing one thing every day, but the benefit is nothing but enjoyment. So you could have a hobby that is like, "Okay, I'm going to go for a run." That's a good hobby to have, but maybe there's a little inkling that says, "Actually, I'm going to go for a run to work out." And that's not a problem, but that's not only enjoyment. When I say only enjoyment, I mean put on your favorite movie. If you have to go to sleep late, so be it. Make yourself happy. And this is one thing that gets confused with being lazy or not being disciplined enough. And I promise you, please don't listen to that. Talk sick wellness, okay? We don't want that energy in our life. This is just an example as well. I think that if you come back from work, which many of us do, late, and you're like, "Hey, well, I haven't had a moment to myself for a while." If you put on one episode of something, just for pure enjoyment, do you think that you feel fulfilled? Do you think that you feel happy? Do you think that you'll love yourself after that? And if that answer is yes, girl, you know what to do, okay? And this is not about movies. This is genuinely about pure enjoyment. Make yourself a drink for pure enjoyment. Eat that cupcake for pure enjoyment. Watching movie for pure, well, my words, watching movie for pure enjoyment. The next thing I do to have a peaceful life is I stopped rushing every single thing. You don't have to eat every meal standing up. You don't have to rush when you're doing the dishes. You don't have to, I don't know, like, I can't really think of any examples right now, but you don't have to rush everything. Like I promise you everything will be okay. Life feels richer when you stop rushing every single task or you stop treating life like a task in general. Life is not a task. Life is something to enjoy. Life is something to experience. Life is something to soak up every moment, you know? Life is not an assignment. I'm not telling you to spend crazy amount of time, I mean, time, yeah, on one task. Like there's no point of, you know, elongating a task. What I'm saying is just relax, okay? When you wake up in the morning, you don't have to spring out of bed. I know that's what happens in movies, but that's because they're happy, okay? But like, when you wake up, give yourself a bit more to just, you got this princess. [BLANK_AUDIO]
