These are things I delete immediately from my client's LinkedIn profiles. Number one is ugly profile picture. You should be well lit, smiling, in color, dress professionally looking straight at the camera like this. Number two is exact job titles and the headline. Instead, we want to use this section to list the top three key skills from our industry like this. Three is AI slop about statements, yuck. Here are a bunch of phrases AI shoves into pretty much every LinkedIn about statement. So we'll get rid of this piece of garbage and replace it with something much better like this. And if you want the formula I used to create this, here is a fill in the blank version of that. Enjoy. Next, we're obviously going to cut the dates from the education section because we don't want any age discrimination. So to do that, click on this year you've put in and then click year and that will get rid of it. And I also always cut these very generic descriptions of each job. For these, we just use the bullet points from our resume. It's really helpful for keywording.
