It was so tired of my knees being the reason why I kept skipping cardio. When I found these petal support shops, I desperately needed to give them a try. They just sit right below your knee count. They're adjustable, lightweight, and weightless, bulky, then traditional knees sleeves. So I really like that I can still move comfortably without feeling like my entire knee is wrapped up. I'm wearing these for long walks, cardio sessions, and even lower body workouts whenever I need a little extra support. Honestly, I'd love that they actually stay put and don't constantly needed justing the entire time. Less, the pink is actually cute instead of looking like a medical brace. That's easily become one of those things that I do not leave for a walk without. These have been making walks less enjoyable, these are definitely worth checking out.
