This morning, my client called me in emergency so I can take care of it. He needs it for this weekend because he planned to go with invitations. Unfortunately for him, I was already with another client, so I had to go to the end of the day. And as he was extremely busy, I tried a new technique to take care of it. As you can see, the pizza is full of ice in more than three times. So there are no other solutions than to treat ice with some chemical products. Frankly, no need to put tons, just a few grams will do it. I wanted to try a new technique to win time, so I aligned all the sacs necessary. And to let my special cutters go, I tried to take care of the first ones after the others. It allowed different products to be used naturally in all the pizza, but obviously... I forced to go back to the behind to avoid each of the sacs after the others. Unfortunately for me, the client was not there to see me at all. Because it's a pretty lucky client and I'm convinced that he wouldn't have done that. It's very good that this method is not a conventional method. But as he was extremely busy to find his own pizza, it's the end of the day for me. I didn't have any other solutions. This change took me 10 minutes to recover a little more than 250 euros. And once I avoided all the products, I just had to go throw the drink and go back home.
