Whatever works for you, works for you! I plan a lot of group trips, and this planning document is crucial to our success in making it like the easiest best trip ever. Every time we go on a trip, I clear out the template, and I send it to everybody in the group, and give them editing rights that way they can go in and help me plan. At the very top is the most important information, like the dates that you're traveling, the house address, the door code, Wi-Fi password, link to the Airbnb listing, next is the daily schedule that has the date to the projected temperature so that people can pack group activities and food plan. Click on day one, I have check-in time, and then everybody's estimated time of arrival. And we have our dinner plans, and we always have who is assigned to that, and then what they're cooking. We only have breakfast and dinner on here, because my group doesn't do lunch, we always do lunch out. Down here we have our activity ideas, because like I said, multiple members of our group are planning this trip, and so when they research, they'll just drop the link here, and they'll drop how far the drive is from the Airbnb there, that way we can just kind of decide what we want to do. A board game list, and who's bringing them, because we don't want to double up on that, and we have kids, so we bring things like extra baby monitors and toys that the kids share, and who's bringing those. So the list of foods that people are bringing in, they're willing to share with the house, like snacks, and desserts, and stuff like that, that way we don't all end up bringing 14 loves of bread. House rules, and where we would put our safety plan, so like house rules from the Airbnb host, and also like our own personal rules and safety plan, like Billy has a peanut allergy. And at the very bottom are the checkout instructions, so everybody knows what they're supposed to be doing on the last day, and up on the daily schedule, I did put what time everybody is planning on leaving so we know who's in charge of the like final check out.
