What's the difference between a menstrual disc and a menstrual cup? M menstrual cup uses suction to stay in place and if you need to remove it, you have to break the seal and then dump. A menstrual disc does not use suction, which means you can just pull on the stem to remove. M menstrual cup is less messy to remove. You can have no mess SEX with a disc. If you have a tilted uterus, go with a cup. If you have a very low cervix, go with a disc.
