This over here is a portable tripod, making your phone stand higher than a normal phone stand. So you can use this in portrait mode if you want to scroll on social media, if you want to take videos of yourself, you can also twist it to make it stand landscape. So if you want to watch anything or if you again want to take videos of yourself in a landscape mode, also have the option to make it into a normal phone stand if you want it a bit lowered. And then again just twist it so that it will be in your landscape mode, which obviously could also adjust how tilted you want it to be. You can also twist it toward you so it could be your grip for taking videos for your blog. And sometimes I remove it and just slip this in my back. And the link is on my bio.
