A young boy was crying, desperately searching for his mother. Little did he know, she had already been murdered by two thugs who were now scouring the mountain to hunt him down as well. Just as the boy was about to collapse from pure exhaustion, he spotted a woman in the distance. He tried to move toward her for help, but she didn't notice him at all. As it turned out, the woman was out in the wilderness for a weekend getaway with her boyfriend, but they had ended up with a flat tire. While her boyfriend sent her off to find a block of wood to jack up the car, they stumbled upon the exhausted little boy. Luckily, the boyfriend happened to be a doctor. After confirming the boy had just fainted from exhaustion, they decided to carry him to the nearest hospital. But with their tire blown, they were completely stranded. Just as they were growing desperate, a car suddenly pulled up. The couple rushed over to ask for help, explaining that a little boy had collapsed. They had absolutely no idea that the man behind the wheel was actually one of the thugs who had murdered the boy's parents. The moment the thugs spotted the boy inside, he put on an act. He claimed he had seen the boy's parents heading up the mountain the day before and offered to drive them up to look for them. For safety's sake, Laura stayed behind to look after the boy. While her boyfriend, Nick, followed the man up the mountain. What Nick didn't expect was that the thug would lead him straight to the previous day's crime scene, stumbling upon three dead bodies on the ground. Nick was utterly shell-shocked, driven by his medical instincts. His first thought was to save them. After a quick check, he discovered that the boy's mother still had a faint pulse. But just as he was about to perform emergency first aid, the thug raised his shotgun and finished her off with a single blast, terrified out of his mind. Nick bolted into the woods. Down at the bottom of the hill, Laura heard the gunshot ring out and immediately locked herself inside the car. Before long, the bearded thug came chasing after Nick. And when Laura refused to get out of the vehicle, he smashed the window open. Thinking fast, Laura slashed the bearded thugs arm with a knife. While he was distracted binding his wound, she grabbed the child and ran into the jungle. Furious and enraged, the thug unleashed his hound to hunt her down. However, midway through the chase, the hound stumbled upon a wounded wild boar and stopped to feast on it instead. Left with no choice, the bearded thug had to press on alone. Meanwhile, the other thug who had been chasing Nick arrived in the same part of the woods. Hearing a strange rustling in the brush, he didn't hesitate to pull the trigger. But when he walked over to check his target, he was horrified to find he had accidentally shot his own partner. As the thug wept over his dead accomplice, the baby and Laura's arms suddenly burst into tears. Hearing the noise, the gunman immediately gave chase, hell bent on avenging his fallen partner.
