Now this is someone who's actually sitting down with your business function leaders to map out the entire organization and then highlight the SOPs where agents make sense and coming from that is your AI agent roadmap. Now for every single use case, they actually need to sit down with the employees that are actually doing it to understand all the current steps in that workflow and importantly why it's actually being done in the first place. So if you're automating something you want to retain the value of why it's being done for the customer, for the business and for the employee to make sure it fits into their workflow.
