Is the GT-T a real Skyline? #nissan #gtt #car

Everyone's paying $150 grand for a GTR when this looks nearly identical and costs a tenth of it. This is the R34 GTT, same ER34 body as the GTR, same shape, same face, and unless someone knows exactly what they're looking at, they can't tell the difference from across a car park. But it's the one people dismiss because it isn't the halo car, and the price gap is genuinely stupid. GTRs are $150,000 plus now while these still sit in the teens. Under the bonnet is the RB25DETNEO, a 2.5-litre turbocharged straight-six with GTR spec connecting rods from the factory. Nissan quoted 276 horsepower, but that's the gentleman's agreement figure every Japanese manufacturer stuck to, so it's understated. And unlike the GTR, it's rear-wheel drive, which is exactly why it became a drift favorite, and the headroom is silly. Fit a bolt-on hybrid turbo that goes straight onto the standard manifold, an intercooler because the standard one gives up early. A proper exhaust and fuel to feed it then get it mapped, and it's making 450 horsepower, running 0 to 60 in the low-force when it hooks up.
