Hello, baddies, and welcome to my back-to-school glow-up guide. I'm so excited to be doing another year of a back-to-school glow guide, which I think it is so crazy that it's already been a year from our last back-to-school glow guide. I just wanted me to make another back-to-school glow guide, and I'm going to be doing this a little differently than I did my last year's back-to-school glow guide. So if you want to be the most amazing, sexiest, confident version of yourself for back-to-school, this is for you, babe. This is going to be a five-day series, so follow along, make sure you're checking back every single day for update, and make sure you're actually putting in the work to become that best version of yourself because it all starts with you. Let's get into day one. I'm going to be using a very common thing during this glow-up guide, and it is called the Law of Attract, because I want to teach you guys that you genuinely can attract anything in your life if you believe you can. It all starts with the belief you have about yourself. You believe that you're the sexiest, most amazing, girl-in-school. You're going to be the sexiest, most amazing, girl-in-school, and baby, you can be anything you put your mind. So let's get into it. This day one is going to be so fun because you are going to write your future self a story, describing your dream school year as if it already happened. So if you're going into seventh grade, you are going to write down, "I just had the most amazing seventh grade year." And you're going to write down what is so amazing about it. You can literally just write a story of how everything went, "Oh, I walked into class on the first day, sat next to my crush, and he was immediately into me, he was so crazy, and we happened to sit next to each other for the whole year, and I just had so much fun. I met the most amazing friends. I went to the football games every single week, and I dressed up, and I had so much fun, write yourself a note like it already happened." So whatever you want, whatever you can put your mind to, whatever you can dream that the school year is going to be, make it happen, and write it down in this note. And after you're done writing your note, I want you to take it, and I want you to put it somewhere safe so that when you open it at the end of the school year, you're going to realize, "Oh my god, this all came true." It's just called scripting. Okay, it's called scripting. After you do your future self-note, I want you to create ten affirmations. Affirmations are so important because what you tell yourself about yourself is what you are. If you tell yourself every day, "I'm ugly, and I hate myself," you're going to be ugly, and you're going to hate yourself. It's as simple as that. So I want you to create ten affirmations of who you want to be this school year. First one can be everyone enjoys being around me. I'm the most magnetic person in the room. I'm the cutest girl in class. I am confident and unforgettable. Write down ten whatever you want to be. And now you guys, this is such an important part of day one. I need you to do this, and I need you to trust, and I need you to use your imagination. You are going to visualize for five minutes before bed. There is an amazing thing that happens right before we go to bed where our subconscious mind is the strongest. You're able to rewire your subconscious mind. You can rewire your entire life. Right before you're going to drift off to sleep, I want you to visualize yourself walking into school. What are you wearing? It's everybody looking at you or they're like, "Wow, that girl's so sexy." Or maybe it's you walking into school, sitting down, getting a hundred percent on your paper. Be like, "Wow, I did that because I know I can." Whatever you want your dream life to look like when you're at school, visualize it before you go to bed. Because if you're able to make yourself believe that's what's going to happen, then it will happen. That is day one, baddies. I'm so excited for you guys to go out for the school year, and frankly, I'm so excited for you because I know how exciting this time of year is. I love you so much, stay sexy amazing, and come back for day two. Bye, baddies.
