So now that we've had Q2 results for all five hyperscalers and after taking a look at the numbers, I'm going to rank all five of them from worse to best in fifth place in D tier We have Oracle Oracle did have a decent quarter in Q2 2026 revenue came in at about 15.9 billion dollars, which is up 11% year over year And there was some pretty impressive growth in infrastructure as a service and software as a service and the company also had an eye popping 138 billion dollar remaining performance obligation backlog. This is a big number that the company has, but Oracle also has 122 billion dollars in debt and got its credit rating downgraded by Standard and PORCE recently as a result of the credit risk with OpenAI. Next in C tier, we have Meta. Meta had a decent quarter in the second quarter 2026, the company had 60.8 billion dollars in revenue and had some pretty impressive growth in its advertising business and this is about a 28% year over year increase. However, the big story with Meta is that free cash flow collapsed to only $791 million and this is because almost every single dollar of operating cash flow is going to AI CapEx for Meta and the company really didn't have a ton to show for all the money that it's spending. And honestly, I don't trust Mark Zuckerberg's judgment as much as others because this is the same guy who thought that the Metaverse was going to change the world, which turned out to be one of the biggest flops in tech history. Next in B tier, we have Amazon. Amazon had a fantastic second quarter in 2026. The one thing with the company that they reported is that Amazon Web Services had the fastest growth in 18 quarters. It hit 169 billion dollar annual run rate and we also saw increases in operating and net margins. Operating margins were sitting at about 27.5 billion dollars and about 16.9 billion dollars for net margins. That puts the company at about a 40% operator margin. Very impressive. Next in A tier, we have Google. Google had an absolutely fantastic second quarter in 2026. Revenue was up 24% at $19.8 billion, which is very impressive. But the key story with Google is that Google Cloud grew the fastest out of any hyperscaler with 82% growth at about $24.8 billion in income from that segment. The other thing with Google is they had vast improvement in the operating and net profitability of their lines of businesses as well. The other thing with Google is they raised their CAPEX guidance from $75 billion to $85 billion. So more and bigger things to come from Google. And then finally in S tier I have Microsoft. Microsoft's revenue grew 18% year over year to $90 billion. In addition to that, it's a Zora Cloud services platform experienced 43% growth and $75 billion in annual sales for the first time. And in addition to that, management guidance also indicated that they expect to have up to 30 million subscribers for its co-pilot AI model and its 365 platform as well as co-pilot itself. So not only is Microsoft blowing its crowd services, but its AI model is gaining popularity as well. That's why I put it at S tier.
