Hey John, can you sue if you get hit by a golf ball or a golfing? You can sue for that! You're probably going to lose because you assume that risk when you come out onto a golf course. You assume the risk that you might have to duck in, you might get pegged in the head. That's why people call for or all customs to that. But I'll tell you one thing, no one gets hurt on a golf course. My guess is statistically golf is the safest sport that you can play.
