Ladies, I don't know about you, but I mentally cannot afford to entertain people who are in a constant state of chaos. And honestly, I think I was that girl once. So this is easy for me to say. Have you ever noticed that there's that one person, every conversation, every call, there's always a problem. The sky is constantly falling and you don't know how to respond to what they're saying because it doesn't feel aligned with your growth. Listen, we all have things. Life is life, but there's a difference in between processing and living inside a constant state of dysfunction and feeding the chaos. That kind of energy is contagious. Have you ever felt that leaving the conversation suddenly you're stressed about things that you weren't stressed about five minutes ago and now your nervous system is activated? You notice that your mood is off and then all of the sudden the fight or flight feeling starts slipping in. That's the moment that you know that your piece has been compromised.
