20 of the weird is perimenopause symptoms in one minute. How many of these can you take off? We're often talking about irregular periods, migraines, brain fog, hot flushes, but often not these symptoms that I'm about to list. Can you relate to any of these? Do let me know in the comments because I've been really interested yet just quickly before I go on. My name's Jen, I'm 53 and I rant about the menopause and I share daily tips, hacks on my own experience of going through the menopause. And if it sounds like my content might be useful, then drop me a follow. Restless leg syndrome, frozen shoulder, riftle nails, increased gum sensitivity, burning mouth syndrome, tingles and electric shock sensations, suddenly hating certain foods. Dry, irritated or more watery eyes, itchy boobs or even mastitis, itchy skin and feeling like you've got creepy crawlies in your pants, blurry vision, suddenly smelling cigarette smoke even though you don't smoke. Dropping things and being more clumsy, sudden dizziness and vertigo in the room or road start spinning out of nowhere. Your mind going totally blank and almost being unable to get the words out, nearly wetting yourself or actually wetting yourself. Old flushes, yes cold, not hot, but can actually happen after a hot flush. Hitchy ears and I mean deep down inside the ear, singing weird places like where does that come from. Not being able to swallow properly and suddenly feeling like you've got a lump in your throat.
