So apparently this powder has full coverage, and also 16 hours of oil control. Yeah, let's see about that. I've been seeing the Skin Tiffy Powder Foundation all over my Ford U page because it gives people this insane matte finish. Oil, matte, oil, matte. Also, it's supposed to be full coverage.
