See all your data from ChatGPT in 20 seconds, but first hit follow, save this video. On the bottom left corner, click your name, then click settings. Click data controls. Here you're going to want to make sure to improve the model for everyone is turned off. This is where you can archive all of your chats. Click this button to delete all of your chats. Scroll down and click marketing privacy, make sure these are turned off. If you want to delete your account, click account on the left side and click delete.
