These are the exact same videos posted exactly at the same time but yet this one got ten times more views than this one. The difference between the two is not the posting time, it's not the subtitles and it's not even the words. There's one small detail that you haven't noticed that all the big creators do notice and that's so you shouldn't delete your videos when they don't work. Instead do this. First you're going to go to the video that's flopping, you're going to click on Share and then you're going to click on More and then you're going to analyze it with Blowup.
