Chances are, you've been wanting to take your chicken Alfredo to the next level, and this sun-dried tomato, broccoli and spinach chicken Alfredo bake, is such a fun twist on classic Alfredo. So let me show you how I make it. Star-brother's on olive oil on four thinly sliced chicken breasts. Next, you're going to heavily season with your favorite seasonings. For this recipe, I use kinders with fire garlic, like Pepp traitor Joe's onion salt, garlic powder, and kinders smoke house salt. Now, I season the chicken generously because it helps flavor the cream sauce. Work the seasonings in on both sides to set it aside to marinate for about 30 minutes. Now, for the broccoli, I prefer fresh over frozen. Cut it into Florets. And in a large mixing bowl, douse it with oil in your favorite season. In my opinion, the kinders veggie rub is the perfect season for roasted veggies. Season it well, give it a toss, and then pan-sear it for about five to seven minutes, or until it reaches your desired tenderness. Once that's done, remove it from the pan and set it aside. Now, let me put you onto something real quick. And sear the chicken in the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. And thank you, guys. This is the only way I prepare my chicken for Alfredo. Once the oil is piping high, you're going to brown the chicken on both sides for about four to five minutes per side. The cooking time is going to depend on how hot your skillet is. Once the chicken is done, remove it, set it aside, and build your cream sauce. To the dripping, you're going to melt three tablespoons of salt to both end about a tablespoon of minced garlic paste or a minced garlic. Lightly brown that until fragrant. Then add in one quart of heavy whipping cream. Mix it well, warm the cream until piping hot, then turn the heat off. Next, you're going to add in one cup of room temperature Parmesan cheese. I prefer to use craft, but you can use whatever you have. Stir that until the cheese is melted. Then add your ingredients, which is about four sun-dried tomatoes. Chop the handful of spinach, the broccoli, and chicken, a half a box of rigatoni. Stir that well, making sure to coat all the pasta and ingredients with sauce. Then to a baking dish, you're going to layer your pasta and the blend of cheese. I like to layer with mozzarella and provolone. Starting with pasta and ending with cheese. As a final step, bake it on 425 for five minutes. Then broil it on high for three to five minutes until the cheese is golden brown. And just like that, you've made something other than born chicken Alfredo. Give this recipe a try and let me know how you like it.
