What is that? It's a lens flare from the fire reflecting on the lens of the camera that's recording. You notice when the fire is in the center, that little figure is also in the center and disappears kind of into the fire. And a little like movement you get is because the flame is dancing. So nothing supernatural, just light reflecting off of glass.
