What was presented as a strategic solution for the transit and the urban development between the Aparillo Pomares, Haktai and Moras, today only represents capacity and corruption by part of the government's management of WANUCO. It is like this, as shown in Total Abandono, a work that started in 2019 and that today only generates incomodity and to be considered public. All this management since this year, in 2023, has not been practically played yet. How is it possible that a work that has been planned by Plasmada to be able to build anything more than 365 days? It is a year and in seven years, it is not possible to finish. A work that began with more than 40 million solar, and however, after continuous delay and paralyzing, the total cost of the project has been increased to over 70 million solar, without this increase in budget, has been translated into concrete advances, not in a definitive date of delivery. In this period, last one, if you talk about a piece of work from approximately 30 million solar, but what is it done? Simple walls, some small platforms, but this project is not going to be finished. It is heard by the governor who said it will finish this work. We are here in this place, this work will be finished in the next period, but whenever there is a governor who is concerned about the people who does it with a volunteer. For the Aparillo Pomares and Haktai, the abandonment of the Vial Nillo only represents years of delay in his quality of life. A work that will not end in the capacity of his authorities.
