Good morning guys, I'm going to walk you through how I take care of my hair on the mornings I have to go to the gym. What you're looking at is hair that's been slept in wet, so cute. The hair mask I'm going to use on my hair this morning requires your hair to be a little bit damp when you put it on, so I'm just going to spray my hair down, brush it out, being really gentle here because I did just go blonder and I don't want to cause any breakage. The hair mask I use is the Oloplex #8, and I just distribute that all through my mids and my ends, and then anything left over on my hands I will put through my roots, but you want to use that sparingly at your roots. I always like my hair back when going to the gym, and it's even easier with that moisture mask in. I'm just going to put mine up in an easy claw clip today since I'm not going to be doing a ton of jumping, but I also like to do a braid. So I'm going to go to my workout real quick, and then when I come back we'll do the rest. Now it's time to rinse that moisture mask out of my hair, and I'm just going to give my hair a really good shampoo. I love this redkin anti snap hair treatment for brushing out my hair. As you can tell it's literally gone, I need to get more of it. The leave in treatment that I always use is Oloplex #6 without fail, and again I just apply that from mids to ends really working it through. I'm going to skip blow drying and heat tools today since I did that the past couple days and just give my hair a break.
