You will most certainly be the most scrutinized working in the history of the NVA. I always let LeBron know, "Dark, they love you right now, they love you right now." But please believe me, the first incident, the first time something happened, they are waiting, man, they waiting. I don't think anybody has ever faced the type of daily scrutiny that LeBron has faced. Does it bother you that so many people are happy to see you fail? He's the most overrated, overhyped superstar in my history in this business. Sir, I've got a beer thrown on me leaving the game. The disturbing story on the eve of the finals on Wednesday, police in Los Angeles supporting a racial slur was spray-painted on the front gate of a home owned by LeBron James there. A freshly painted mural of LeBron James has already been vandalized. There is like a cottage industry in dumping on LeBron. And for the life of me I don't understand, I really don't understand it. But let's analyze who LeBron is. LeBron James came directly to the NBA at a fight school. He came from a tough neighborhood and a tough background. People are always friends with him. He has been a pillar of this society. The only criticism you could possibly have of him was a slightly inartful public relations departure from Cleveland the first time around which he has more than made him in school. So I'm going to say a number of kids in Akron are going to go to college because of LeBron James. He's done more in the community than practically any other person in our society in any walk of life. He has never gotten enough of trouble as handled himself through ridiculous criticism extraordinarily well. And he has managed to outdo the unrealistic expectations that existed on him as a high school player. So if someone wants to find a criticism with that guy, in my opinion, they really need to analyze themselves first.
