The top three most gruesome movie death scenes. Number three is Sloth from Seven. There's something about this one that always gets me. It's the mental idea of being strapped to a bed for two years or however long he was strapped to a bed and just decaying. And of course, he's not actually dead in the moment, but I mean, we know that guy's not gonna make it. Number two is the fire extinguisher and irreversible. I always say this is the most disturbing movie I've ever seen. There's something about the tone of it that is just unreal and that movie opens with this scene, with the fire extinguisher. And it's just like, oh my God, it's so gruesome. It's so slow and the way it just tears the guy's face off, it's awful. If you like this list, you want more about other nonsense.
