Sorry, I think your front goal was locked, but I came up the back because I wanted to let you know I'm your H.O.A. monitor of the neighborhood H.O.A. monitor. - We have an H.O.A.? - Yes, you have an H.O.A. You haven't read your packet. You have an instructions manual and all the list and rules of what you're supposed to follow. - So what's going on? - Well, I was checking the neighborhood and I came over and I was measuring your grass and it seems like you have a few uneven areas. I don't know if you can see all the way over here, but there's like nonexistent grass going on. Have you been fertilizing in watering the grass? I do think that there's some seeds there. Looking like you didn't. Look at this right here. - Do you have a supervisor? - Yes, I am the supervisor. Do you not read your mail, sir? We literally put all this information in the mailbox. And I think I have you listed here that you have not been paying your H.O.A., your H.O.A. Do's either. - How much is there? - That is $300 a month, sir.
