You're voice starving. Let's make some ex-benefits. AKA ex-benny! All right, separate your egg yolks from your egg whites and throw them into a bowl. I miss. No shit Sherlock. When you got that done, whisk away to start on your holiday sauce. We're going with a little double boiler action today. Add in your butter slowly and you better not stop whisking or I'll slap you through the screen. A little squeeze of lemon, pepper, and some salt. And your holiday sauce is complete. Now it's time for a little poached egg action. Get some water and vinegar going and make a little whirlpool for your eggs. Place your eggs in and wait till they float to the top. After about three to four minutes, feel the top for done this and take them out when slightly firm. Lastly, let's fry this beautiful prosciutto. Get it nice and crispy like this or throw it out the window. In the same pan that you fried your prosciutto, toast your buns and let's get to plating. Throw some prosciutto on top of your English muffin. Top it with your poached egg. Hit it with a handful of that holiday sauce and throw a sprinkle of chive and mama there goes that man. And don't worry about going out for brunch this weekend because you got the recipe to cut a love watching Netflix and have a delicious breakfast. That's far.
