we are going to be making a new recipe from Let's Make It Alfredo Garcia's aka Fred Sturs cookbook. I've been a big fan for a long time. Ever since I saw his Cardi B dip go viral, which we're going to be baking today, look who's here! Hello, we got Fred Sturs in the building! Let's make it! Some avocado, cilantro, limón, pickled jalapenos, cream cheese, crema, which is sour cream, chicken bouillon, and then there's salt, pepper, and garlic. Is there to be ever cut open an avocado? I've tried, yeah. Oh my gosh! This is literally perfect. I actually haven't tried one. It's like when I cracked an egg for the first time last week. Last week? Yeah. The last avocado is going in. Yeah. All right, this was a lot. The whole thing in there. Funnily the stems are no. I want to do the stems just like Cardi B! I just picked them off like this. Maybe we'll eat one stem in for good weather. Okay, let's do one. Yeah. And all the carrots. We have some crema and cilantro. I'm going to make it up a little bit. Yeah. Oh. Oh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Put the whole thing in there. Yeah. Wine juice. Now we just season it. Overpepper on my bushes. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. We're trying it with Doritos. Oh my gosh. I'm nervous. Oh my gosh. More. Wow. Wow. It's really creamy and really fresh. Really good. That's so good, right? I was like, I was like, I'm going to eat this whole bowl. I was like, no. I was like, no. That's really good. Yeah. So freaking good. This is amazing. It also took like five minutes. Less than. It's so good. I'm going to slap your mom. Up and down my mom beach. Yours.
