Perfect, MLK/X Day so far? What yall up to today, #92percenters ? So far we had a great sunshine report. I had a nice long beginning of the week of journaling and COTD of the day meditation plus my new favorite thing—sungazing first thing in the morning! Then ran to barre class did a lower body circuit walked backwards on the treadmill for about 20 minutes and now enjoying the red light therapy in the sauna before I hit the massage chairs.
