this is a reminder to black women that none of this is our fault and the smartest thing we can do is not consume in any way that goat rodeo that took place in the capital rotunda or any of the subsequent events and activities not on TV not online not nothing maybe a snippet or two of the most embarrassing moments and gas and bash oh my god because i know the passion is horrible you know the passion so bad we're not consuming that today i decided to spend the morning at my fitness and social club i just finished a bar class i sat outside i had to step back inside it was getting really windy out there i understand this is this is different for us for us to withdraw from the fight that's that's new i know it's new and i know it's challenging for a lot of us y'all have told me a lot of us don't even know what it began when it comes to putting ourselves first but let's use all of our collective energy today to do just that we're gonna practice it together and it was the best thing in the world for us to do this today to start today this is not our sickness this is not our problem this is not our fault and we all know that that's true we all do so he was taking care of us putting ourselves first and prioritizing our peace and our wellness and in our sanity. I love us.
