Roast the eggplant, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and green chillies directly over an open flame until nicely charred. 2. Peel the charred skins and finely mash everything together. 3. Heat mustard oil or ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. 4. Add the mashed mixture along with turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. 5. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the flavors combine well. 6. Finish with freshly chopped coriander and serve hot. 🌾 Jowar Bhakri Recipe Ingredients: * 2 cups jowar flour * 1¼ cups hot water * Salt to taste Method: 1. Mix jowar flour and salt. 2. Gradually add hot water and knead into a soft dough. 3. Divide into equal portions. 4. Flatten each portion with your palms or between plastic sheets to form a round bhakri. 5. Cook on a hot tawa until both sides are done, then finish directly over the flame for a light puff. 6. Serve hot with homemade white butter.
