Isso significa que envolve três pilares profundamente interligados: Biológico: o cérebro do dependente já foi alterado pelo uso. As substâncias mexem diretamente no sistema de recompensa, causando alterações na dopamina e gerando fissura, abstinência e uma necessidade que vai além da vontade. Psicológico: entram as emoções, traumas, ansiedade, depressão e a dificuldade de lidar com a dor. Muitas vezes, a droga deixa de ser busca por prazer e passa a ser uma fuga do sofrimento. A mente cria armadilhas, negação e justificativas para continuar usando, mesmo sabendo das consequências. Social: o ambiente influencia diretamente. Pessoas, lugares, rotina e falta de suporte dificultam a mudança. Muitas vezes, o dependente está inserido em um contexto que reforça o uso, tornando ainda mais difícil romper o ciclo. Por isso, reconhecer que a droga é um problema é apenas o começo. Existe uma luta interna real entre querer parar e não conseguir. If your brain keeps showing you problems… it’s not bad luck. It’s training. Your brain is not a camera. It’s a filter. And that filter is shaped by two things: what you focus on… and what you expect. This is backed by neuroscience. Your brain uses systems like the reticular activating system (RAS) and salience network to decide what gets your attention. Out of millions of bits of information coming in every second… your brain shows you a tiny fraction. Not randomly. Predictably. If you expect things to go wrong… your brain highlights problems. If you expect nothing to work… your brain filters OUT opportunities. Not metaphorically. Functionally. That means opportunities can be right in front of you… and you literally won’t see them. So here’s the move: You retrain the filter BEFORE the next day starts. Right before bed, your brain shifts into slower brainwave states (theta)… the same state used in hypnosis. This is when your subconscious is most programmable. So use it. 3-minute protocol: Step 1 Get specific. Not “I want a better life.” Give your brain scenes: “I see a chance to make money.” “I see someone warm and open with me.” “I see a clear next step.” First person. Visual. Concrete. Step 2 Read it out loud. Slow. 3 times each. You’re tagging it as important in your brain. Step 3 Go to sleep. No forcing. No chasing. Let your brain run the program. What happens next? Your reality doesn’t magically change overnight. Your FILTER does. And when your filter changes… you start noticing opportunities, openings, and solutions that were already there.
