👉 Here is something crucial to understand about why this happens to you as the first step to overcoming it. It’s normal for affections and expressions of love to fluctuate in healthy relationships. But if the slightest sign of disinterest from your partner sets off alarm bells in your mind and has you fearing the end of the relationship, the subsequent urgent attempts to get reassurance can cause damage to the relationship over time.  Learning to feel safer in relationships starts with understanding something crucial about how your brain works. When the brain sets off that fear response it doesn’t have all the facts. It only has a few clues to go on. So, it tries to make sense of what is happening now by referencing memories of when things felt similar in the past. If signs of a loved one going cold in the past meant the possibility of rejection or abandonment then the brain goes with what it knows and sounds the alarm to tell you this is an emergency. But the reason that knowing this is so valuable is this: the fear you feel in those moments is not only to be understood by what is happening now but also by what you have been through in the past. So you can begin to get familiar with the scenarios that tend to trigger a false alarm because they feel similar to past experience. Muchos le tenemos miedo a los carbohidratos al manejar la glucosa, pero el secreto no es eliminarlos por completo; se trata de "vestirlos". El Balance: Para suavizar el pico de insulina, trata de no comer un carbohidrato "desnudo" (solo). En su lugar, arma tu bowl usando esta fórmula para hacer más lenta la digestión: 1. Fibra (La Base): Los vegetales crean una malla en el estómago. 2. Proteína (La Saciedad): Te mantiene lleno y estabiliza la energía. 3. Termina con yogur griego, aceitunas, perejil y un chorrito final de aceite de oliva y limón. —----- 💕Ensalada de Coliflor y Garbanzos ⬇️ Ingredientes Para el horno: 1 cabeza de coliflor, cortada en trozos pequeños 1 lata (15 oz) de garbanzos, escurridos y secos 1/2 cebolla lila, cortada en lascas gruesas 2 cdas de aceite de oliva 1/2 cdta Ajo en polvo 1/2  cdta Paprika ⅛ cdta Cilantrillo molido (Coriandro) ⅛ cdta Cúrcuma Sal y pimienta al gusto Para la ensalada: 1/3 taza de semillas de granada 1/3 taza de almendras laminadas 1/4 taza de hojas de menta picaditas 1/3 taza de perejil picado Aderezo: 1/4 taza de aceite de oliva extra virgen o tahini 2 cdas de jugo de limón Instrucciones 1. Mezcla la coliflor, los garbanzos y la cebolla con las 2 cdtas de aceite de oliva, y los sazones. 2. Espárcelos en una bandeja de hornear y ásalos a 400°F por 20-25 minutos. 3.
