If you are waking up to go pee at night, here are some things that can help you with that. And you really should look into this, because if you're waking up to go to the bathroom at night, you are disrupting your sleep, and it's actually pretty easy to fix. The number one thing as a heed-to-hage discusses in this post is actually blue light in the evening. Pretty much any normal light bulb, your TV, your iPhone will be emitting blue light. This can mess with your bladder function. So if you're one of these people that's just watching that late night show, and then they're on their phone, and then you're trying to go to sleep, it's going to mess up a bunch of physiological processes, including that nighttime urination. The next thing you want to do is drink water with some electrolytes. Water with electrolytes versus just plain water has a higher osmolality. This is going to match what's going on in your body, so your body won't want to excrete more water to try to maintain this electrolyte bounce. And you should really cut off water and fluid consumption about an hour before bed. Right before I'm going to bed, I'm like getting out those last pee's, like I'm just like trying to go pee for the last time. And with that electrolyte bounce and my blue light minimization at night, I think Himalayan salt lamps are great at night. I think red light, light bulbs are great at night. All of that stuff is going to minimize blue light exposure. And then you get some electrolytes in. That will help you tremendously with waking up in the night to go to the bathroom, because it's messing up your sleep. Send this to someone who does that, bro. Like it's cooked. We're going to talk about snoring in like a week. So just stay tuned, but love you guys. Stay healthy. Let me know if this is something you experience.
