I'm going to make inflation make sense to you in a way your economics teacher never did. The government and the Federal Reserve used to try to keep inflation low because stable prices meant stable lives for everyday Americans and stability was good for everyone. But like all things, the pendulum swings. At some point they realized inflation is the perfect hidden tax. They print trillions of dollars. Your money loses value, but you don't see a bill. You just get poor quietly. And here's the part they don't want you to understand. Inflation helps the rich and destroys the middle class. If you own assets, real estate, stocks, businesses. Inflation makes you richer because those assets go up in value. But if you work for a paycheck, inflation destroys you because your salary stays flat while everything else doubles in price. It's wealth transfer disguised as economic policy. And anybody who understands how the system works knows that people in charge will never stop printing money because it benefits them and their friends while slowly eroding your purchasing power into dust. You're not struggling because you're bad with money. You're struggling because they're stealing from you in plain sight. We may not see each other again, so make sure to follow this page.
