First, you're going to follow recruiters. And if you don't know where to start, I have a list of recruiters here at Creative People. Comment list and I'll send it to you. Next, you want to be following the experts in your field. These are the people that are constantly posting jobs and giving career advice. Most people never even get to see. Here's what my LinkedIn feed looks like when you do this right. It's flooded with hiring managers and recruiters actively looking for applicants. For example, because I follow Kelly and Kelly like this post, I'm now able to see this job opportunity. When you do see the job that you want, do not hesitate to apply. because in today's market speed is the name of the game.
