Okay, criticisms are always criticisms. They kite how much you mask that it is constructive or this is just a mere criticism. It is still criticism. And criticism is always viewed as negative. (speaking in foreign language) Or can it criticize? (speaking in foreign language) Does any any modern way of actually being criticized for criticism? So the way I would answer this is feedback and criticisms are gifts. I take them as opportunities for me to understand myself better because there are always actions, behaviors that I do understand that I possess. Yet there is still other behaviors and actions that I do not see that I have. And having people, having colleagues, having families and friends to give me those information are gifts. Not everyone has the courage to give those criticisms and for those who has those courage to be able to come to me and tell me this is where you did well or this where you need some improvement is such a gift and I would always appreciate them. So that's the best way to respond to that.
