Here's three foods that you should start eating right now if you're trying to heal the walls of your gut. So a healthy gut is going to look something like this where there are barriers along the walls of your gut that are tightly packed together. It's not going to allow anything to seep through, whereas an unhealthy gut or a leaky gut is going to have gaps in it. So all of these barriers, they're not doing their job and all of these undigested food particles and toxins and all the things that are passing through your digestive system are leaking into your bloodstream, which is going to cause inflammation and bloating and all of your gut health issues.
