When you conjugate a Russian verb, you can't always rely on the infinitive. For example, to play "играть" I play "я" "играю" Well, according to that logic, to sleep "спать", I sleep "я спаю", "я" wrong I sleep is actually "я сплю" Remember guys, when conjugating Russian verbs is always a good idea to look up and drill the "i" form and the "u" form I sleep "я сплю" You sleep " ты спишь" Again, both forms are totally inconsistent with the infinitive, which is "спать" So again, you can't always rely on the infinitive But once you know the "i" form and the "u" form, the rest is easy breezy For the rest of them, you just change the last letter So, picking up from " ты спишь" and then "он" "ана" "спит" "мы" "we" "спим" and then "вы" "я" "спит" "te" The Ani form can be a little tricky, but for they sleep it's Ani sped.
