The reason why a lot of y'all are struggling to get sales although you have an A1 vendor when I tell y'all the prices are top tier, you're able to actually make a good profit margin. It's simply because you thought that if you could just, you know, get you a good reliable vendor then your work is done and all you gotta do is just post a few videos, wave in the hair, maybe do you a shoot and then you done. Baby, what are we doing? You gotta understand that you cannot just think that it's all about getting the vendor while that is a very crucial piece that can make or break your business. You gotta also think about, you know, the other things that you should have in place. How are you gonna market? Who is your target audience? And when I talk to a lot of people and they're like, oh, you know, I'm struggling in my business and I'm like, okay, well, who is your target audience? Oh, you know, people that, you know, girls that love, you know, to have their hair done, girls that love weave 'cause girls that love this and the third is like, babe, that is so broad to the point where that could be anybody and some people would be like, oh, you know, girls, they, you know, we're weave and it's like, no, you need to know exactly about your target audience, you need to know their age, you need to know what are some of the things that they're interested in? You need to know where do they go and shop or where do they be at and then number one, the main important one is what problems are they having and how can me, my company X, Y and Z come in to solve those problems to the point where I'm not on a scale of, oh, I'm competing with this company Amazon and beauty supply because I'm basically just focusing on pricing, okay? And so that's what I need y'all to do is really do a deep dive of getting to know who your target audience is and another thing is y'all gotta, we gotta get back to the basics. Like, of course you need to be marketing your brand, you know, your videos, you know, and another thing. Y'all need to start talking in a video, it's okay because it's cool to see a little video, you waving the hand, we heard a little bun a bee or somebody in the background, but people want to get to know who you are, you know what I'm saying? Like, people want to know more about your products, they want to know why did you start this business? What problem is it going to solve for them? And what I mean by that, the first point is you know, we gotta get back to the basics of not only marketing on social media, but you know, when you outside and you're seeing people that look like your target audience, let them know like, hey girl, you know, I'm so hair, yada yada yada, and you know, and not even just, you know, selling yourself like, oh, I sell hair, but you're talking about, you know, girl, I have this excellent hair company, we specialize in doing X, Y, and Z, that is going to get people intrigued and once they are intrigued and you are consistent, not posting, oh, one time out of a week, but you're consistent, people are then gonna shop because sometimes it takes seven times before a person say you know what I'm gonna go ahead and shop. So it's the coach, it's the hair business coach, I just have to let y'all know because I'm tired of seeing my girl struggle.
